Elvin founded The Gamifier Group (TGG) in 2016, starting as a software development studio, building video games, AR, and custom apps. By 2020, TGG evolved into a UAE-based consultancy specializing in retail excellence, strategic change, and performance gamification.
Powered by origins in sport science, retail operations, and change leadership, Elvin and his TGG team delivers tailored, tech-enabled solutions through its proprietary platform, Leaguestar.
Developed by TGG’s Zagreb-based engineers, Leaguestar transforms KPIs into competitive league formats, blending game mechanics, AI analytics, and behavioural design to boost engagement, efficiency, and commercial performance across industries like retail, finance, recruitment, and fintech.
